Hyatt Ziva Cancún is located in the Hotel Zone, where many restaurants, resorts, and stores are located in Cancún. While there are a lot of things to do in the nearby area, the Hyatt is an all-inclusive resort with many activities and food options that you will not feel the need to leave the property.

The Hotel Zone is highly populated with tourists so it is common to see tourists leaving their hotel property to explore the area. As with every foreign city, general safety precautions should be taken.

Our events won't be in the sand, but will be by the water so think polished with a relaxed, tropical feel. The gentlemen can wear lightweight suits or dress pants with a button-down (jackets and ties are optional). The ladies can wear flat sandals or low heels and outfits that you feel comfortable wearing for a reception by the ocean. Also please save white for the bride!

Yes, absolutely! The Hyatt Ziva Cancún has food options for all dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc). The RSVP link will have an option to request a special meal for the wedding reception.
